Rachel Nelmes - Towards Change Ltd; autism counselling

At some stage in our lives, many of us will experience anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, bullying, diagnosis, bereavement and loss or issues relating to work/life balance.
You’re not alone.
Counselling can help you manage and overcome many of these issues, and as an autism specialist we can help you find the words and emotions to process what is going on in your life right now.
It can be a difficult and confusing world for most people, but if you are an autistic individual, the situations and understanding that others just seem to naturally ‘get’ may not come easily or naturally.
This can lead to isolation, anxiety and depression.
Working together we can focus on your strengths because I believe each unique individual has many strengths.
I have a breadth of experience working with autistic individuals, spanning almost a decade.
Counselling can be a place where you can get the support you need to deal with the issues which are important to you.
Working with me you can expect a quiet, comfortable, confidential safe and relaxed space where your well-being is of the up-most importance, whether online or face to face.
