Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Hi! I’m a nurse practitioner with a strong background in neurology, and I’m proudly neurodivergent — diagnosed with ADHD and identifying as autistic. I’m also a mom to two wonderful neurodivergent boys, ages 6 and 9, who continue to inspire me every day.

I am passionate about helping others understand and embrace their unique neurotype in a world that isn’t built with us in mind. I truly believe in the power of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and learning to navigate life through a neurodiverse lens (It’s my hyperfocus!).

Many of my patients come to me after facing repeated challenges — misdiagnoses, unhelpful medications, or treatment plans that missed the mark. I’m here to support you with thoughtful medication management, as well as non-pharmacological strategies tailored to your needs. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and growth!
