Neurodivergent Adult Hybrid Therapy Group

About the Group
This is an ongoing group to support Texas 18+ neurodivergent adults build community, gain compassion for their brain, and process shared experiences of being neurodivergent in a world that isn’t set up for us! In the group, we will dive into discussion topics, engage in neuro-affirming psychoeducation, and make authentic connections with each other. We meet weekly on Mondays from 5:30 to 7 pm on Google Meet and also have optional meetings in Austin that might include nature walks, board games, and other activities that build on our group discussions.
About Kyle
I’m Kyle—a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, a partner in a neurodiverse relationship, and a proud ADHDer with a deep appreciation for the beautifully complex ways our brains work.
I bring both clinical tools and lived experience to the therapy room, especially when it comes to working with folks who’ve never quite felt like they fit.
I specialize in working with:
- Neurodiverse relationships, especially where one or more partners are ADHD, autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent
- Neurodivergent individuals who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or lost
- People who were neglected, mistreated, or emotionally hurt by those who were supposed to protect them
Our work is a space to be fully seen and deeply supported. Whether you’re coming in with burnout, trauma, grief, or just a sense that “something’s not working,” I’ll meet you where you are.
