Neurodivergent Board Game Process Group - Games for Growth
About the Group
In the 10-week Games for Growth group, we’ll use board games as a therapeutic tool to explore how we show up in relationships. Whether you’re working through social anxiety, navigating neurodivergence, or hoping for more connection in your life, this group is a unique way for up to 6 people to grow through play!
Together, we’ll:
Use a mix of cooperative and competitive games to examine our relationship patterns, emotional responses, and communication styles.
Pause during and after gameplay to reflect: What emotions came up? How did I respond? What does my behavior tell me about my patterns or needs?
Foster a sense of community, safe exploration, and fun in connection.
No board-game experience required. Just bring yourself, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in group reflections and connection for 10 weeks!
About Kyle
I’m Kyle—a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, a partner in a neurodiverse relationship, and a proud ADHDer with a deep appreciation for the beautifully complex ways our brains work.
I bring both clinical tools and lived experience to the therapy room, especially when it comes to working with folks who’ve never quite felt like they fit.
I specialize in working with:
Neurodiverse relationships, especially where one or more partners are ADHD, autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent
Neurodivergent individuals who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or lost
People who were neglected, mistreated, or emotionally hurt by those who were supposed to protect them
Our work is a space to be fully seen and deeply supported. Whether you’re coming in with burnout, trauma, grief, or just a sense that “something’s not working,” I’ll meet you where you are.
