As a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health, I have spent my career providing quality patient-centered care, with competent skills in assessments and evaluation, medication management, and treatment planning. I recently passed the board examination and have earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC).

With over 3 years of experience, I have worked in diverse healthcare settings, providing complex medical and psychiatric care. My passion for mental health has led me to behavioral health nursing, focusing on patient assessments, crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and patient education on coping skills to manage mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to connect to a broader patient population offering care that is culturally competent.

I recently graduated from the PMHNP program at MSOE University, where I built a strong foundation in mental health. My goal is to become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in mental health providing high-quality, stigma-free care to individuals in need. I am particularly interested in addressing the needs of mental health in underserved communities and advocating for better access to care and services.
