Miranda Singer - MSW

I’m a neurodivergent therapist (Autism + ADHD) who believes therapy should feel safe, playful, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique experience. I bring my whole, authentic self to this work—and I invite children and families to do the same.
I specialize in Child-Centered Play Therapy and am currently pursuing certification in AutPlay Therapy, a neurodiversity-affirming approach that supports emotional regulation, social connection, and self-advocacy for neurodivergent children. My approach is non-behaviorist, strengths-based, and rooted in honoring each child’s voice.
With families, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support co-regulation and connection. For families with children under 12, I also offer Filial Therapy, which empowers caregivers to become active participants in the therapeutic process through structured, supportive play sessions at home.
My therapy space is warm, creative, and child-led—whether we’re painting, building, or simply playing, I strive to create an environment where kids and caregivers alike feel seen, supported, and empowered.
