Mike Cornell | Follow Your Ghost – Peer Support for Neurodivergent Minds
Virtual Peer Support for Neurodivergent Adults
At heart, I’m a punkish creative and introspective nerd… I’m also someone who’s been in The Suck. I offer identity-honoring, strengths-based peer support grounded in my lived experience as an Autistic/ADHD adult. I’ve weathered depression, anxiety, suicidality, and disordered eating.
Life’s thrown me its share of complexities and I’ve learned to meet them with curiosity, not shame. I just had to fall a dozen times to figure that out and Peer Support became the way I turned those falls into purpose.
In our sessions, we honor the complexities of neurodivergence, shed shame, and seek out meaning—even in the hard times. I don’t do cookie-cutter advice or empty platitudes. Let’s find your voice instead. Growth doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken, it comes from finding meaning in the pieces.
So, if you’re untangling self-worth, learning to be gentler with yourself, overcoming masking, exploring identity, reconciling a new diagnosis, or just need someone to get your nuance—I’m in your corner.
Free intro call available. Virtual/remote sessions. Neurodiversity-affirming & confidential.
