Meghan - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist
I bring a neuroinclusive approach to Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, sex therapy, and relationship therapy. My practice is queer-centered and affirming of consensual non-monogamy and kink. I’m passionate about helping people embrace their authentic selves, bridge relational divides in mixed-neurotype relationships, and explore sexuality in a shame-free environment.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist, I came to the psychology field through a deep desire to understand myself and others. After years of misdiagnoses and being in and out of therapy, I often felt like something wasn’t adding up. Psychology became a special interest of mine, and I feel honored to now do this work.
I work with many complex-trauma survivors, individuals who have been harmed in therapy, and people experiencing out of control and addictive behaviors. I enjoy helping people learn to embrace their neurodivergence, have more choice around masking, decrease shame around sex, and explore their identities. My style is direct and relational. I value bridging emotional and somatic awareness, with intellectual understanding as both can be important pathways toward growth integration, and connection. I’ve always been one to name the elephant in the room, and I value honest direction, transparency and showing up authentically.
