Words can be hard! Finding the “right” ones or knowing where to start can be a struggle. My goal is to provide a therapeutic experience that goes beyond words. My approach to therapy is grounded in meeting people where they are, without judgment or preconceptions. I understand that every client is unique, with their own set of experiences, challenges, and strengths. I prioritize tailoring counseling sessions to meet my clients’ developmental, emotional, and communication needs. Incorporating playful and creative activities into therapy can enhance the therapeutic experience and offer new avenues for self-expression and growth.

I hold my clients in high regard, recognizing their innate capacity for joy, hope, and healing. The therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust, respect, and acceptance, and I work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment or shame.

A Little About Me: Many know me for my love of The Muppets, dance, and arts and crafts. I am filled with joy when I am teaching improv, choreographing musicals, spending time with my family, and searching for my next favorite reality TV show.
