I am a pluralistic therapist who collaborates with clients to discover what they would like to use therapy for, & supports them in advocating for what feels most helpful and healing to them throughout our work. I respect client’s boundaries, & do not assert myself as expert. I don’t believe we can promise folks “safe” spaces, but I strive to co-create a “safe-r” (“safe enough”) space where clients can feel respected, cared for, celebrated, and free to experiment with new ways of relating with themselves and others.
