My mission is to provide support to neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ adults who are seeking to define and achieve balance in their life in the way that is important to them. I approach each session in a warm, down to earth manner, with a foundation of empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I provide support from a non-judgmental position in an effort to encourage healing.
