Leigh - Supervisor with a particular interest in working with ND therapists
An overview of me and the way I work
As an experienced relational psychotherapist, I offer a dynamic and supportive supervision experience that prioritises attuning to your supervision needs. My approach is rooted in relational practice, where we co-create a reflective space that nurtures your unique therapeutic journey.
I believe supervision should be both a supportive embrace and a catalyst for professional challenge. While I provide a compassionate, holding environment where you can explore your clinical work safely, I’m equally committed to offering constructive challenging that promotes deeper self-awareness.
As an autistic therapist, I bring a unique perspective to supervision. My lived experience allows me to provide targeted support for therapists working with neurodivergent clients. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent therapists, offering a deeply understanding and affirming supervision space that recognises neurodivergent strengths and challenges. Whether you are a neurodivergent practitioner navigating professional challenges or seeking to understand your own neurodivergent identity within your therapeutic practice, I provide a supportive and insightful approach that values your unique neurological perspective.
Drawing from a relational integrative framework, I aim to create a supervision relationship that is authentic, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating.
