If you’re feeling stuck, like you’re circling the same thoughts, the same patterns, the same pain, you’re not alone. Sometimes we need someone outside of our everyday to help us pause, breathe and find a new way through.

You’re holding it together for everyone else…but who’s holding you?”
Maybe you’re overthinking everything? You’re not alone.
Are you behaving out of character to fit in? This can be exhausting.
Is anger, stress or frustration showing up? What’s really going on?
A past trauma is holding you back and it’s time to process so you can move forward

Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to face challenges that affect your relationships, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. If you’re feeling stuck or misunderstood, you’ve found a space where you’ll be supported and heard.

Your thoughts and feelings are valid, present and real, but your struggles don’t need to be permanent.

Who I Work With
I work with adults from all walks of life, providing support through the unique challenges that impact emotional well-being. With a special focus on accessible therapy, encouraging men to seek help and coaching adults with ADHD, I explore how self-worth and relationships shape daily life and work. My approach offers a supportive space to uncover what’s holding you back and discover practical ways to move forward. I also have a deep interest in counselling those with addiction issues, in all its forms, and provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore its impact and the path to change.

Together, we can explore:
Communication struggles and emotional regulation
Gaining structure, organisation, self-advocacy
Building stronger, more meaningful relationships
Improving self-esteem and overcoming self-doubt
Managing stress, anger, and personal expectations
Navigating grief, trauma, addiction and emotional blockages

This is not just about understanding the challenges, it’s about developing practical strategies to help you feel better long term.
I offer a supportive approach to uncover the root causes of your struggles, while empowering you with the tools to create lasting change.
We’ll work together to improve your wellbeing and help you feel more connected to others and yourself.

Feel free to explore my website at your own pace, and when you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

If you’re interested in working together, I offer an optional free 20 minute Zoom call, to allow you to ask questions, talk about your needs and to hear about my way of working. You can book an intro or a full session here: https://stepping-out.life/
