Half you’re life is over and you’re not sure who you really are yet. Have you really been living a lie? Is it safe to remove the human shaped mask you’ve been wearing and step back out into your life as you really are?

Can you afford not to?

Whether you’re admitting to yourself that you’re gay or understanding that you’re autistic, ADHD or in any way neurodivergent it can be scary to work out how much of your life needs to change for you to lose the anxiety, the physical pain, the sadness… without you losing all the bits you love. And that’s where I come in.

Together we’ll have you step into your own personal power in a way that’s comfortable, familiar and enabling. So you can spend the rest of your life living how you want to – because this isn’t a dress rehearsal and no-one knows when the curtain will fall.

Hi, I’m Nicci Lou and as an AuDHDer (I have autism and ADHD) and a signed up member of the LGBQTIA+ community, I have just traveled through 17 countries over the year with my two children as a solo parent. Now, your dreams don’t have to look like driving up the Alps in a Ford Transit or couch surfing in Cairns, but if broken down into minuscule steps they are no less achievable. Did I say I am an introvert with a pain condition too? I get it, sometimes winning is just getting dressed and getting as far as Netflix too.

I have a Level 2 in Understanding Autism, as a registered nurse who trained at London South Bank and Great Ormond Street, I worked in some of the best Intensive Care units in The World. And I am currently studying to become an Associate Coach with the International Coaching Federation. A qualification in both coaching and supporting those who think differently as a Neurodivergent Family Coach.

You can find my on Linkedin, Facebook and through email at nicci@amplifytothrive.com and I am happy to support you through any medium that works best for you whether it be a phonecall, voice notes, texts or emails over our hour. If you want to get an introduction to how I work reach out with a current question that’s playing on your mind and I’ll help you to answer it for free within 24 hours. And if you like my response we’ll go from there!
