Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or isolated? You don’t have to face challenges alone. Welcome, I’m Hannah and I specialise in helping neurodivergent adults, and those exploring their possible neurodivergent identity, to confidently find their way forward towards a more fulfilling life.

Whether facing specific issues or seeking personal growth, I can help you find your voice, make sense of your feelings and discover your own solutions that bring you closer to where you want to be.

As a dyslexic, dyspraxic, ADHDer with autistic traits, I know what it can be like to feel different and I’m here to really ‘get’ you.

Perhaps you:
• often feel misunderstood or fear you’re ‘too much’ or ‘broken’, and feel exhausted at trying to fit in?
• struggle with low mood, anxiety, shame or self doubt, even if you look successful on the outside?
• can feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns of procrastination?
• face challenges around relationships, work and intense emotional experiences? Or maybe you have difficulty feeling and identifying your emotions or what to do with them?
• are perimenopausal or late diagnosed neurodivergent and wrestling to make sense of life’s complexities?

I’ve worked with all of this and more and offer a neuro-affirming and anti-discriminatory approach.

HOW I WORK
Together, we’lI work in a calm and relaxed way to explore your experiences with warmth, curiosity and gentle challenge, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself – which in turn becomes your tool for developing your personal strategies for success. This can lead you to increased self-esteem, more meaningful relationships and the confidence to face life’s complexities with resilience so you feel more equipped to cope.
Wherever you find yourself right now, therapy with me can be a space to carefully put down your mask and safely explore what you need with someone who will truly hear you. If you’re ready to start feeling more grounded, more comfortable with yourself and less alone, then get in touch.

Sessions can be in-person in West London, Chiswick W4 and Ealing W5 (including ‘walking and talking’ outdoors), online or by phone. I am fully insured to work with individuals based outside the UK on the understanding that I practice under UK legislation. My usual working days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with core hours of 10am-5pm.

MEET ME!
I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation phone or video consultation – perfect for you to ask questions, talk about what you want from therapy and explore if this feels the right space for you. I’m happy to discuss any adjustments that may help make sessions more accessible and supportive. If we’re the right fit, we can begin your journey together; if not, I’ll recommend a trusted colleague who may be a better fit. Either way, you’ll be supported. So get in touch – I would love to hear from you!
