Hannah - Hannah Rose Therapy

I primarily support clients in understanding the nervous system’s role within everyday life, in addition to past Traumas. I offer a Neurodivergent-affirming approach for individuals ages 15 and up. I often support clients using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy practices, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT).
