I provide supportive, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for Autistic, AuDHD, and ADHD women and gender-expansive folks. I love supporting high-masking clients through the relief and grief of a late diagnosis, or exploring the possibility of neurodivergence with someone who is newly questioning. Many of my clients come to therapy in the depths of autistic burnout, struggling with sensory overwhelm, or wishing to unmask and show up more authentically in their lives and relationships.

I know that you’re the expert on your own life and I view therapy as a collaborative process to deepen your self-awareness and self-acceptance. I don’t believe your brain is disordered or needs to be fixed, and recognize that many of the challenges of being neurodivergent come from living in a world that wasn’t built for you. I love helping my clients understand their unique neurodiverse brains, identify areas of their lives that aren’t working, and brainstorm tools, supports, and solutions. I’m here to help you build a life that supports your needs! I have a background in sex therapy and love working with clients struggling with their sexuality or relationships, including queer, kinky, and poly folks. I’m a member of the queer community and many of my clients are LBGTQIA+.

I believe a close, supportive therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful therapy, particularly for neurodivergent clients. I typically do long-term relational work, often working with clients for months or years. Feeling safe, secure, and accepted in therapy makes space for the deep introspection that leads to self-understanding, growth, and healing. I provide a warm, empathic, and judgement-free environment to explore your concerns. I love to laugh and be sarcastic with my clients, and I invite you to show up to therapy as your authentic, beautiful, messy self!

For adults who are newly exploring their neurodivergence, I also offer informational neuro-affirming Autism and ADHD assessments. Contact me for more information!
