Dr. Sara Tookey is a neurodivergent clinical psychologist and founder of True North Psychology, specialising in compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care for ADHD and AuDHD adults. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she leads a team of practitioners who honour the full complexity of identity and life experience.
