Dr. Lauren McClenney-Rosenstein, Orton-Gillingham Practitioner and ADHD Coach
Dr. Lauren McClenney-Rosenstein is a seasoned educational leader with over 14 years of expertise in special education, structured literacy, and ADHD coaching. As a Black woman, wife, mom, and educator with a late diagnosis of ADHD—and a mother of a daughter with ADHD—she brings both personal and professional experience to her coaching clients. Dr. Lauren focuses on tailored interventions and educational therapy for dyslexic, dysgraphic, and ADHD BIPOC students, specializing in strategies that promote resilience and executive function.
As an Orton-Gillingham Specialist, Dr. Lauren offers individualized coaching, professional development, and resources that empower students and educators alike. Her contributions to literacy research and program development, including work with the Maryland Initiative for Literacy and Equity (MILE) and the Maryland State Department of Education, have impacted schools across the U.S. and globally.
Dr. Lauren is also the founder of Resilience Unlimited and Dyslexia Greenbook, where she provides neurodiverse coaching and literacy interventions that address the unique needs of BIPOC individuals. With dual Master’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University and a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, her expertise is widely recognized. She hosts The Resilience Unlimited Show and is featured in Brainz Magazine, sharing insights on ADHD, accountability, and structured literacy for diverse learners.
