Hi! I’m Laura, an autistic practitioner psychologist (HCPC, CPsychol) based in the UK with over 8 years of experience working with adults and young people, specialising in sport and performance contexts. I offer online 1-to-1 psychological support grounded in neuro-affirmative practice.

In our work together, I aim to create a safe space for you to make sense of your experiences in your body as well as your mind.

I offer neuro-affirmative psychological support for people who have often felt misunderstood, over-analysed, or required to adapt themselves to fit systems built on neurotypical assumptions.

My work draws Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support people in relating differently to difficult thoughts, feelings, and bodily experiences without the pressure to eliminate, control, or “fix” them.

The work is grounded (to meet you where you’re at), relational (to build a strong and trusting relationship), and paced (sessions move at your speed). There is no expectation to perform, optimise, or become a different version of yourself.

You can find out more about me via my website link. Or, how about we have a free 15 minute consultation to see how I might be able to help?

Hope to hear from you 🙂
