I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I am especially skilled with people experiencing issues related to identity, relationships and health diagnoses. From more traditional methods like CBT and trauma-informed care to newer methods like somatic healing and art therapy – we will find what works best for you.
I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can work together at a pace that suits you. I practice from an anti-oppressive, LGBT+ allied lens and recognize systematic barriers. I believe in client-led practice – you are the expert in your own life, I am simply here to guide you through it. If you are ready for this journey, I am too.
