I am a neurodivergent counsellor working with adults and teens. I offer integrative counselling and rewind trauma therapy online and in Launceston, Cornwall. Weekly, fortnightly and one-off sessions are available.

I am ND, LGBTQIA+ and home education friendly and aim to affirm your lived experience. The majority of my clients are exploring their identity and processing their past after realising their neurodivergence, but others are seeking help with other life issues.

I do not view autism, ADHD or other innate neurodivergence as a disorder or condition, but as a naturally occurring neurotype. There is nothing wrong with being neurodivergent. Research shows that building a positive neurodivergent identity is crucial for improving self-esteem.

As an integrative counsellor I draw on different techniques depending on your needs, preferences and aims. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another, even if they share a neurotype.

In addition to counselling I also provide Rewind Trauma Therapy for PTSD which quickly stops flashbacks, nightmares and intrusive thoughts without having to talk about them.
