I am personally AuDHD and a Certified Hypnotist, member NGH, specializing in creating sessions for fellow neurodivergents (and for performing artists, as I was also one). I do all my work online, through Google Meet. Currently, I’ve been leading weekly group hypnosis sessions in the online Neurospicy Community and I’ve set up links on my website where you can join us in pay-what-you-can mode to experience it. Current group sessions are Stress Reduction, Releasing Rumination, Controlling Echologia, and Learning Self Hypnosis. The communities I specialize in helping are often un – or under-employed, so I am happy to work within most budgets.
