Break free from guilt, self-doubt, and burnout! Embrace greater confidence, motivation, and fulfillment.

Are you feeling overwhelmed trying to hold together your work, responsibilities, and relationships??
–>No matter how hard you try, finding focus feels like… wait what are we talking about… oh, yeah focus… it feels like an uphill battle.
–>You have bursts where you’re really productive, but then you find yourself scrolling on social media or binge watching a lot of shows and unable to do anything else.
–>You don’t understand why certain things upset you so much, leaving you frustrated and confused.
–>Having a sleep schedule feels out of reach.
–>Slowing down is impossible. Everyone listens to things on 2x speed, right?
–>You worry that if you make a mistake, everything will be ruined, so why even start?

YOU’RE NOT ALONE! I support teens and adults who are struggling with focus, motivation, self-doubt, and burnout—without the drain of never-ending to-do lists, the pressure to fit in, and the shame of feeling like they’re not enough.

With lived experience, I love helping others understand what being neurodivergent means for them. I work with hard-working go-getters who are navigating the strengths and challenges of growing up or growing into themselves. I work with those who are having a hard time juggling their own responsibilities and are often the ones taking care of everyone else.

I’ve never liked abstract and generalized advice. “Just feel your feelings.” “Do some self-care.” I’m always asking, “Okay, but HOW do I do that?!” As a practical therapist, that’s how I design the therapy work I do. I offer an empathetic listening ear that will help you emotionally process, identify patterns that aren’t working for you, AND THEN find something you can DO. We will experiment and make adjustments until you feel more settled and are thriving, instead of barely surviving.

I’m excited to work with you! Check out my website to book your free consultation.
