Hi there! I am proudly an Autistic counsellor passionate about providing safe, accessible, neurodiverse affirming support to all. Whether that may be in helping you in processing an Autism diagnosis and navigating unmasking or if you are a neurotypical parent struggling with the challenges that come with raising neurodivergent children. I also work with neurotypical women & teens struggling with anxiety & feelings of depression using a collaborative strength based approach drawing upon multiple frameworks, such as expressive arts, emotional focused therapy, solution focused, mindfulness, & somatic approaches.
