Aurelia - Career and executive coaching

I am currently employed at Google in Dublin as a business partner, I am also the co-chair of Google’s Disability Employee resource group (the Disability Alliance) and the Neurodiversity Advocacy lead for Google Ireland. I am also a career coach within Google, helping colleagues navigate their career goals.
I am also a visiting policy research fellow at Cambridge University’s ThinkLab – ThinkLab is an incubator of creativity and innovation, most notably by bridging the academic and business worlds to solve pressing real-life challenges. I contribute to topics ranging from Future of work to the use of AI as a tool for disability inclusion to the design of accessible physical and digital space that foster belonging.
I identify as neurodivergent and I am proud to bring a unique perspective to the world of coaching by helping people reach their goal.
My coaching practice is neuro-affimative, LGBTQIA+ and Trans friendly.
Please note I cannot provide interview advice of any sorts.
