Have you spent your life feeling like a guest in your own skin – like the world handed you a script that never quite fit?
If you’re a neurodivergent woman who grew up with emotionally distant or unpredictable parents, you probably know that quiet ache – the one that whispers you’re too much or not enough, sometimes both at once.
Like you had to shapeshift just to be tolerated. Like the real you got tucked away so early, she’s barely had a chance to exhale.
That kind of hurt doesn’t just disappear. It lingers. It shows up as anxiety, as overwhelm, as the deep, unshakable question: Who am I really, and will anyone ever truly get me?
Here’s what I want you to know: You are not broken. You are not too late.
With gentleness, with curiosity, with connection – you can find your way back to yourself.
The version of you that never stopped hoping for a space to be held.
She’s still there. And she’s worth everything.
We don’t get to rewrite the past, but we can stop carrying all of it alone.
If your childhood left you carrying too much – too much pain, too much silence, too much responsibility – I’m here to help you begin setting some of it down.
In our work together, I draw from somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and attachment-based therapy. But honestly? The heart of healing is the relationship we build. The space between us: safe, steady, and real.
In that space, you will be seen. Not for the mask you had to wear, but for the person you’ve always been beneath it.
You will be heard. Fully.
And you will be met with acceptance – not conditions, not confusion, not shame.
What I know about you already is this: You’ve lived through hard things. And somehow, despite it all, you’re still reaching for something better. That matters.
So let’s gently start to untangle what’s been holding you back.
Let’s make room for the version of you who’s been waiting to breathe.
Because healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken – it’s about reclaiming what was buried.
And maybe… just maybe… it’s time.
Let’s talk and see if this feels like the right fit.
