I offer neurodiversity affirming virtual therapy for individuals, couples and families using a strengths-based, relational and trauma informed approach. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives and view my role as helping them connect and build trust in themselves and their authentic identities, heal from trauma, and shift the narrative away from feeling like they have to change themselves and instead focus in changing their environments to support their unique needs.
