I specialize in providing affirming therapy to Autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent clients. My goal is to meet my clients wherever they are to support their self-discovery, radical self-acceptance, and building up their tool kits of accommodations and coping skills.
I specialize in everything Autism as well as commonly associated mental health conditions. This includes support for Autistic adults diagnosed as children or identified late, those diagnosed professionally and those who are identified. I also support parents and caregivers of those with developmental and acquired disabilities.
If you’re an Autistic or ADHD adult, a family member, or a caregiver for a neurodivergent person, I can provide a welcoming and understanding space as a professional with expertise as a consultant and therapist, as a parent of a non-speaking Autistic child with high support needs, and as a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD individual.
