Allison - 40s-50s ND Women's Support Group

Aligned + Alive is a support group specifically for neurodivergent women in their 40s–50s. This is a space where we stop pathologizing your experience and start helping you live in alignment with who you really are. We have only 1 opening left for our upcoming cohort that starts on January 20th, 2026. This group is for women with ADHD, autism, OCD, and/or giftedness in middle age. The focus is on rebuilding self-trust and releasing patterns of people-pleasing. The cost~$65 per session with sliding scale available.
