Bee.In.Harmony; neurodivergent-affirming education

My name is Bee, and I’m an AuDHDer with APD and VPD with 16 years experience private teaching a wide variety of activities that are conducive to somatic experienced; these include music, French, Asiatic archery, Tai Chi, ASL practice, swimming, soccer, and tabletop gaming.
As I’ve come to realize my own neurodivergence, I’ve realized that these activities over the years have given me the chance to develop many personal skills that have helped me subconsciously navigate my life with more healthy coping mechanisms than I realized, ultimately resulting in a late-realization…
And it is through the lens of these activities and my personal experiences of childhood trauma healing, betrayal trauma healing, neurodivergent trauma healing, IFS, ACT, and self-love that I help other neurodivergents explore the personal skills they want to develop.
On top of learning one of these activities that promote wellness somatically and developing the personal skill(s) of your choice, I encourage clients to bring an emotionally safe loved one to their sessions to learn the activity with them, so clients have a chance to practice the personal skills in a relaxed environment. This also means you and your support person will be learning the somatic activity together, giving you the chance to split the cost of your sessions.
If you’d like to know more, please request a client intake form to let us know more about yourself and your goals, and I will reach out shortly to set up a free preliminary meeting to discuss them further 💜🐝♾️
