Hello, I am Aleksandr. I am an English, Russian and Lithuanian-speaking psychologist. My clients come from all over the Netherlands and beyond. I mostly work with expats — adults — guiding and supporting them in working through whatever difficulties they are currently facing. These might include feelings of loneliness, anxiety, fear, depression, low self-esteem and more. Together we look at what is happening now, work to understand why it is happening, and decide how we can make it better.
