Jay Lever-King
Hi! I’m Jay, a neurodivergent and humanistic counsellor.
From being 14 years old in counselling, feeling as though things were as good as they got, I found counselling did more for me than I could realise – it saved my sanity.
I now look to give back what I was given for others seeking mental and emotional support, whether it be anger, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem/self-worth, identity struggles.
I work with children (12+), young people and adults face-to-face or video.
I am an open, honest and naturally supportive person who welcomes people to be who they are, as they are.
I’m a firm believer in autonomy and empowerment, as I believe we know ourselves best and sometimes, we just need a hand with figuring that out.
If you feel you can talk to me, please do reach out and pop me a message 🙂 looking forward to hearing from you
