Miss Penny - Psychologist
I am a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, bringing both personal and professional expertise to her role as a specialist in this field. As a Professional Member of the Positive Psychology Guild, Penny is committed to advancing understanding and inclusion for neurodivergent individuals in various settings.
I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Neurodiversity & Inclusion, along with a Train the Trainer qualification, which she completed with Distinction. Her dedication to specialized education is further demonstrated by her advanced studies through the University of Winchester, where she completed courses on ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), including “An Introduction to Diagnosis & Management” and “How to Support Patients with ARFID with Limited Resources.”
Additionally, I am a certified Trauma Recovery Model Practitioner and recently earned her Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating & Neurodiversity. Her comprehensive training equips her to provide high-quality, evidence-based training solutions that cater to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals.
I am now training to be a Positive Psychology Practitioner and is looking forward to be able to offer workplace coaching in 2026.
Proudly autistic, I draw on my lived experience and deep empathy to inform my work. I am also a full-time carer for her adult daughter, who is multiply neurodivergent. This personal connection fuels my unwavering passion for amplifying the authentic neurodivergent voice and breaking down harmful stereotypes.
Through my training solutions, I aim to create a more inclusive world where neurodiversity is not just accepted, but celebrated.
