You feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe you’re navigating anger, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, or the challenges of being neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. Maybe you feel like an alien sometimes, a different species, just trying to figure out how to get through life and get the things you want and need. You want clarity, confidence, and relief—and a therapist who understands and respects your lived experience. Your goal is to figure out who you are, heal old wounds, and build a life that feels more sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who you really are.

As an autistic counselor, I offer a collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed space for adults. Together, we focus on insight, practical tools, and meaningful change at your pace. I adapt my style based on what works best for you, but I generally lean person-centered and pull from CBT, DBT, CPT, and ACT based on your wants and needs.

You deserve support that feels safe, respectful. genuine, and tailored to your needs, from someone who understands. If you’re ready to explore what’s holding you back and move toward a more grounded, authentic version of yourself, I’m here to help. If you want to learn more, schedule a free phone consultation through my scheduling link, or an email, text, or call.
