I’m a neurodivergent BIPOC child-of-immigrants therapist who works primarily with late-diagnosed or self-discovered autistic and AuDHD adults tired of feeling like their “weird” is something they need to fix.

A lot of my work is about helping you show up for yourself more authentically so you can stop living with a consistent baseline of anxiety. Maybe you’ve spent years masking, people-pleasing, overthinking every interaction, ignoring your needs, or trying to follow rules that seem to come naturally to everyone else. Maybe you received a diagnosis later in life, whether officially diagnosed or self-discovered, and suddenly a lot of your experiences make more sense, but you’re left wondering, “Okay…now what?” Or maybe you’re trying to figure out, “How do I know what’s my anxiety, my past trauma, and what’s actually my neurodivergence?”

I help clients explore the ways family, culture, relationships, and society have shaped how they see themselves, while figuring out what actually feels true and sustainable for them now. We might work on anxiety, past trauma, self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, relationships, boundaries, masking, burnout, or simply understanding yourself better.

My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and identity-affirming. Sessions are conversational and flexible rather than following a rigid formula. Depending on what you need, we might connect your past experiences to what is happening now, explore different parts of yourself through IFS/parts work, work with your nervous system and body to process past trauma, build practical tools for anxiety and overwhelm, or sit with something that feels hard to put into words.

Together we’ll work toward building you a life where your “weird” doesn’t have to be something you apologize for and help you spend less energy masking just to feel acceptable. Schedule your free consult today and let’s connect.
