Tina Marshall Coaching
Hello, I’m Tina. I’m a Neurodivergence & Disability Coach working with adults. I’ve held many roles across disability employment, teaching, and training in my career, and have often struggled greatly to feel successful or like I fit in. I’ve lived in the paradox of being highly capable while also struggling so much with things others seem to find easy. I’ve always had very big feelings, despite the clear message that they aren’t always welcome. Since my ADHD diagnosis in my 40’s, my life has changed dramatically. One of the most powerful things I’ve learned is that gentleness and self-understanding are the two hands that can build the life I want for myself; this was a revelation after a lifetime of shame, people-pleasing, and trying to force myself to be something else. I love supporting people towards deep self-acceptance, a successful career, true wellbeing, and joy! I offer a compassionate, practical coaching space for clients looking to engage with life as their true, authentic, neurodivergent selves and break down the barriers that society imposes on us. I invite you to meet me here. Big feelings welcome.
