As a neurodivergent person, I understand how finding a type of therapy, and a therapist, that works for you can feel difficult or even overwhelming. You may have tried therapy before and felt that it’s not quite reached what you wanted or needed to work on and that’s really understandable as our neurodivergent brains don’t respond the same way to traditional therapies as neurotypical ones do.

I work, with you, to create a warm, connected, collaborative, non-judgmental space where its possible to bring parts of you that feel broken, misunderstood, too much, too sensitive, don’t quite fit or are overwhelming. Parts that perhaps aren’t allowed anywhere else.

I understand the experience of having a rich internal world and the difficulty, at times, of being able to find the language to express what is going on for you. Part of the beauty of IFS is that it naturally fits with working with how your body feels and/or images or metaphor so removes the burden of having to always find the ‘right’ words.

I don’t believe that anyone is broken and everyone deserves understanding, compassion and acceptance. I would love to hear from you at Athyrium@zohomail.eu
