You deserve a space where your identity is celebrated and your healing is shaped by your own truth.

I support 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and families navigating the complexities of trauma, attachment, and systemic violence. My practice is rooted in disability justice and a decolonial, anti-oppressive lens. Whether we are working through the tender “rupture and repair” of family life or supporting adults carrying long-held experiences into the present, my goal is to move alongside you with dignity and care.

My Approach:
I don’t just focus on “regulation”—because who gets to decide what a “regulated” nervous system looks like across different races and neurotypes? Instead, we focus on nervous system noticing. Using Somatic Experiencing, TIST/Parts work, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), we explore how your body and history communicate.

Scheduling & Specialty:

Adults: I prioritize daytime slots for individual adult work, focusing on politicized healing and reclaiming space.

Youth & Families: My evenings are dedicated to families and youth navigating school/program schedules, focusing on attachment and attuned care.
I offer a free 15-minute intro call to see if we’re a good fit.
