Neurodivergent coach, counsellor and mentor, neurodiverse couples counsellor, parent coach. Late diagnosed autistic and ADHD with dyslexia and dyscalculia, research geek with a love for depth and a passion for psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, biology, anthropology, history, and many others. Born to observe and always curious to understand the world. I believe in honesty, I support authenticity and I strive for meaningfulness. I care about making sense, making space, and making peace with who we are.

I’ve spent my whole life trying to understand myself and I experienced 3 burnouts which, however difficult, helped me unlearn who I “should” be and become who I truly am. Struggled with anxiety, shame, masking, depression, burnouts, confusion and the never-ending cycle of trying to become functional, acceptable and useful members of society. When I finally understood that I was neurodivergent I went through the process of getting diagnosed hoping to finally get the right support. Instead I was shocked how little mental health professionals knew about AuDHD, Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles. I had to overcome stereotypes, outdated science, genuine misinformation and advocate for myself every step of the way, and in the end found out there is little support available even after diagnosis.

I thought things shouldn’t be this hard so I went back to school and put my (limited) energy into training. I became a coach, counsellor and mentor because I want to help people like us, who’ve been misunderstood even by mental health professionals with the best intentions and couldn’t find the support they needed for far too long. As a professional, I am constantly working to become the kind of knowledgeable, understanding practitioner I once needed but couldn’t find. As a person I am on a continuous journey of self awareness and development that I bring alongside in each relationship with my clients.
