My path to becoming a therapist began when I was diagnosed with ADHD as a new mother while working as an attorney at a large law firm. I now bring a nuanced perspective to professionals navigating high achievement on the outside while struggling with overwhelm, inconsistency, or burnout underneath. I have a special focus on professionals with ADHD, mothers, and those navigating career change.

Curiosity is my most powerful clinical tool. I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and executive functioning coaching. I strive to create a trauma-informed, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and nonjudgmental space.

Many of my clients have found talk therapy lacking. I offer a solutions-focused approach where we can hone in on short-term goals to build momentum and realize longer term goals. I take a 360 approach to change: we’ll look at your environment, systems, and strategies to identify what can be adjusted to help you function at your best.
