Often my clients are struggling with burnout, anxiety, their relationships, perfectionism, overwhelm, and/or feeling misjudged & misunderstood. Within relational work, we pursue shared meaning, authentic connection, and for all to feel seen.

I specialize in supporting gifted, twice-exceptional, and neurodivergent clients who seek greater self-understanding, improved relationships, and a life that is finally fully authentic.

My philosophy of counseling and therapy is twofold: Firstly that clients do the best they can with what they know and they are capable of change with support. Secondly that the therapeutic relationship is vital to creating a space where goals can be achieved and clients can learn to thrive.

My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical, blending psychoeducation and strategies tailored to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. You should not be forced to fit a mold, let’s partner to better understand yourself, navigate your world more effectively, and build meaningful changes from a foundation of self-awareness & self-acceptance.
