I offer individual therapy for clients (ages 16+) through in-person sessions in Frisco, TX & telehealth to residents in Texas & Colorado.

You may understand your patterns logically but still feel trapped in your body. You’ve gained insight, talked things through, maybe even done therapy before, yet your nervous system didn’t get the memo. I work with individuals who feel caught between what they know and how their body continues to respond. Many of my clients live with chronic pain, trauma, dissociation, or long-standing stress that hasn’t responded to conventional approaches. Others come in feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or questioning whether their experience has ever truly been taken seriously.Therapy with me is not about fixing or forcing change, but about listening to what your body, emotions, and history have been holding, and making sense of it in a way that feels respectful and grounded. My approach integrates meaning-centered and body-based tools, creating space to understand how your body and story have adapted over time.
