Sapphire Harpin, therapy for neuro-spicy and gifted adults
I’m Sapphire, a Registered Clinical Counsellor working primarily with adults navigating the messy, interesting and sometimes uncomfortable parts of being human. This often includes quarter- and mid-life questions about identity, relationships, purpose, work, change and what you actually want from your life.
I also work with neurodivergent and neurodivergence-questioning adults, including people making sense of themselves outside traditional expectations. I have particular experience supporting fast, capable and gifted minds – being highly capable on the outside doesn’t necessarily mean things feel straightforward on the inside.
My approach is grounded in narrative, somatic / body based and psychodynamic therapy styles, with options to incorporate EMDR where appropriate. I work from a feminist lens, paying attention to the wider social and cultural contexts that shape our experiences, alongside the individual stories we carry.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem or know exactly what you want from counselling – our therapy relationship can start wherever you are and we will work it out together.
