tismbuddy™ is an autistic-led, neurodiversity-affirming online service for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults who feel overwhelmed by cleaning, tidying, organizing, or getting started with everyday home tasks.

I work one-to-one with adults who would like a calm, practical person alongside them while they tackle a task. Sessions are not about having a perfect home, meeting someone else’s standards, or being judged for clutter. They are about making the next step feel more possible.

In a virtual Tidy Together Session, we begin by choosing one realistic area or task. I offer active, flexible guidance to break it into smaller steps, work through decisions, and create a simple plan that fits the person’s energy, needs, and capacity that day. You remain in control throughout: you decide what feels manageable, what you want help with, and when to pause or change direction.

Sessions are 30 minutes and take place online. You do not need to clean before the session, turn on your camera, show your whole home, or arrive with a plan. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space, practical suggestions when wanted, and a focus on sustainable progress rather than perfection.

tismbuddy™ is non-clinical and does not provide therapy, crisis support, or professional cleaning.
