I wonder if you experience yourself as an outsider, in whatever way that may hold meaning for you?

If so, I can provide a supportive therapeutic space in which to explore your lived experiences, make sense of what you have lived through and how it may be impacting your present-day life.

We can look at how you may be able to take gentle and sustainable action to make more space for yourself in the world, so that you may feel more able to safely unmask, stop expending so much energy and feel you are trying to force yourself to fit into other’s ideas of who you should be.

We can work together to find way to help you manage anxiety, low-mood and depression, explore your sense of identity, purpose, meaning, and sense of connection to yourself, those you care about and the world you find yourself within.

Hi, My name is Sam,

I am a UKCP registered integrative transpersonal psychotherapist. I offer on-line sessions for adult clients based in the UK, and Europe.

Sessions are held on a weekly basis, for 50mins per session – with regular breaks that approximately follow the UK school holidays.

Next steps – please see my website for more details about how I work.

If you would be interested in working together, please send me an email for my current availability, and if you would like to – we can book in a free-of-charge 20-30 min consultation, via Zoom.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Sam
