Hi, I’m Rosy and I’m here to support you in exploring your possible answers to this question and many more. As a creative Integrative Counsellor I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques depending upon your personality, experiences and challenges. Put simply, I seek to work together towards you moving from feeling stuck or simply surviving towards fully living and thriving.

I am here to listen … and not just that, I am here to hear, to understand, to normalise, to validate, to explore, to challenge, to empathise … I am here … no advice, no judgement … just a safe space for you to be with yourself, to explore new perspectives and to empower yourself to find choices and to experiment with change as we work towards restoring a sense of balance in to your life.
