Roshni Mukherjee: Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, BIPOC/ND/LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or minimize your feelings, regardless of why you’re reaching out. As a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma/complex PTSD (including survivors of assault/abuse), intersectional/minoritized identities, life transitions, relationship/academic/workplace challenges, immigration/acculturation stress, emotional dysregulation, burnout, and low self-esteem.
Since there’s no one-size-fits-all in healing, our work together will be tailored to your unique needs and a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable for you. This can include processing difficult experiences, building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
As a Harvard-trained researcher, my therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, integrating cognitive behavioral, dialectical, somatic, psychodynamic, and narrative interventions to help you create lasting, meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you in your journey towards a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.
