Renee - Therapist / Licensed Master Social Worker
Hi, I’m Renee. I’m a therapist who helps adults navigate life transitions, ADHD, autism, identity exploration, and the challenges that come with being human in a complex world. My work often centers around supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults, as well as parents who want to better understand and support their neurodivergent or LGBTQ+ kids.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based and somatic approaches to help you make sense of your thoughts, grow self-compassion, untangle shame and overwhelm, and move toward a life that feels like yours.
As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I understand both the strengths and struggles that can come with having a brain that works differently. I offer practical support for managing things like organization, time, and emotional regulation—while also helping you untangle the shame or overwhelm that can accompany those challenges. Most of all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as your full self. My hope is that you leave our work together feeling more grounded, more understood, and more at home in your own life.
