I support people, anywhere in the world, to experience a deeper level of presence, embodiment, and aliveness in the here-and-now.

If “meditation” and “mindfulness” sounds like things you’ve been told to do way too many times, and every form of it that you’ve tried has not worked at all, but you do recognise that you’re in need of concrete skills and practices that can help manage overwhelm and burnout – I might be able to help.

Areas of lived experience that I can support also as a peer, companion and mentor: chronic energy-limiting illness; immigration and cultural adjustment or identity concerns; personal ancestral and lineage healing as a part of decolonisation work; ecospirituality, eco- and climate grief, collapse awareness, relational reciprocity with land and place.

I have training and certification in several non-clinical, nature-based practices that support connection, creativity, presence and deep relaxation. I offer them as standalone experiences as well as draw upon any / all of them in a long-term coaching relationship.

Many people describe me as unusually easy to be quiet, slow down, and relax around. Regardless of which practices or modalities I bring to a session, the primary focus is always the same – holding a space of non-performance, non-efforting, non-forcefulness – also sometimes known as “non-doing”. A place where we can just be, together – and you can just be, you – all of you.

A space where you can receive all the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of the meditative state, without needing to do anything, stay still or focused on anything.

A space where radical acceptance and respect for all of who you are, supports increased capacity to be with discomfort long enough to understand what it is trying to communicate, rather than run or push it away immediately and miss out on something important.

Where briefly putting the pause button on any instincts to be “fixed” as soon as possible or rush to problem-solve and hunt for solutions, creates space for aligned, effortless action to arise, towards change that is truly sustainable and reflective of your deepest inner truth.

My method is easier to understand through experiencing it with the body than to describe with words, so I always offer a full first hour-long session for free to anyone who is interested in working with me 1:1 in an ongoing basis.

I have trained in clinical psychology but choose to work outside of the western clinical framework to be in deeper alignment with my own truth. I am also very interested and engaged in explorations of neurodivergent experiences and challenges through non-western and indigenous-centred perspectives.
