I am a late-diagnosed autistic woman and a fully qualified Person-Centred Therapist (BA Hons, MBACP). My practice, Autistic Women’s Therapy, specialises in supporting autistic and neurodivergent women and AFAB individuals navigating identity, trauma, masking, and the challenges of living in a world not designed for neurodivergent people.

I am an accredited Autism Affirming Therapist through the Autism Wellbeing Project, and have undertaken specialist training on the experiences of autistic women and girls. My approach is warm, affirming, and trauma-informed, integrating somatic practices and polyvagal theory where helpful.

I offer online therapy UK-wide and walk-and-talk sessions in Warwickshire, providing a safe and validating space for clients to explore their experiences.
